It’s got adjustable side buckles to cinch it down tight, and D-clips hidden underneath so you can strap it to anything your pretty little heart desires.
These roll-top covers are designed to keep rain, hail, sleet, and snow out. They are not meant to be submerged and are not “waterproof”. The material it’s made from IS “Waterproof”.

-Made with Ottertex Waterproof Canvas. Durable, UV Resistant, and a PVC backing to prevent rub through from your old, busted milkcrate.
-Universal Strap Mounting system means any military style pack with a strap system fits snug on the side
-8 velcro mounting straps keep it snug on most milk crates (13”x13”x12’)
-Rubber bottom with 8 D-clips for truly universal fitment, just punch your bolts through the rubber and bolt it up, or use the D-clips to tie down, whatever works best in your situation
